Welcome to RightNow.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RightNow mobile application, website, and logistics services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By using RightNow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • “RightNow” / “Company” / “we” / “us” refers to the RightNow logistics platform.

  • “User” refers to any customer, business, or visitor using the platform.

  • “Driver/Partner” refers to independent delivery partners providing transport services.

  • “Services” refers to pickup, delivery, freight, and logistics solutions offered through the platform.

2. Eligibility

To use RightNow, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate account information

  • Comply with all local laws and regulations

Business accounts must be created by authorized representatives.

3. Services Provided

RightNow is a technology platform that connects customers and businesses with independent drivers for logistics and transportation services, including:

  • On-demand pickup & delivery

  • Scheduled shipments

  • Freight transport

  • Real-time tracking

  • Business logistics solutions

RightNow does not directly operate vehicles unless explicitly stated.

4. User Accounts

You agree to:

  • Provide correct personal/business details

  • Maintain account confidentiality

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

RightNow may suspend accounts for:

  • Fraud

  • Abuse

  • Non-payment

  • Illegal shipments

  • Violation of these Terms

5. Booking & Shipments

5.1 Requests

Users may:

  • Request immediate delivery

  • Schedule future pickups

  • Select vehicle types

Bookings are confirmed once accepted by a driver/partner.

5.2 Shipment Responsibility

Users must:

  • Properly package items

  • Provide accurate pickup/drop details

  • Ensure items are legal to transport

RightNow may refuse unsafe or restricted items.

6. Prohibited Items

You may NOT ship:

  • Illegal goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Weapons/explosives

  • Drugs or narcotics

  • Live animals (unless approved)

  • Cash or high-value uninsured items

RightNow reserves the right to inspect shipments.

7. Pricing & Payments

7.1 Pricing

Prices are calculated based on:

  • Distance

  • Vehicle type

  • Load size

  • Time/demand

All charges are shown before confirmation.

7.2 Payments

Payments may be made via:

  • Credit/debit cards

  • Wallet

  • Business invoicing

RightNow may charge:

  • Cancellation fees

  • Waiting time

  • Extra handling fees

8. Cancellations & Refunds

User Cancellations

  • Free cancellation before driver dispatch

  • Fees may apply after dispatch

RightNow Cancellations

We may cancel due to:

  • No available drivers

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Policy violations

Refunds will be processed where applicable.

9. Delivery & Liability

9.1 Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

9.2 Loss or Damage

RightNow’s liability is limited to:

  • Declared shipment value OR

  • Maximum amount permitted by law

We are not liable for:

  • Improper packaging

  • Fragile items

  • Delays due to weather/traffic

  • Force majeure events

Additional insurance may be purchased where available.

10. Driver/Partner Terms

Drivers/partners:

  • Operate as independent contractors

  • Are responsible for licenses, insurance, and vehicle safety

  • Must comply with all transport laws

RightNow is not an employer of drivers unless explicitly stated.

11. Tracking & Communication

RightNow may:

  • Provide real-time tracking

  • Send SMS/app/email updates

  • Record support calls for quality

Users consent to such communications.

12. Intellectual Property

All content including:

  • Logo

  • Branding

  • App design

  • Software

  • Text & graphics

belong to RightNow and may not be copied without permission.

13. Privacy

Use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected and used.

14. Acceptable Use

Users must NOT:

  • Misuse the platform

  • Harass drivers or staff

  • Provide false information

  • Attempt fraud or chargebacks

  • Reverse engineer the app

Violations may result in permanent bans.

15. Service Availability

RightNow does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service

  • Driver availability at all times

  • Error-free operation

We may update or modify services at any time.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

RightNow shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Lost profits

  • Business interruption

  • Consequential losses

Total liability shall not exceed the service fee paid for the shipment.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify RightNow against any claims arising from:

  • Illegal shipments

  • Policy violations

  • Negligence

  • Misuse of services

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms.

Users may stop using the service anytime.

19. Changes to Terms

RightNow may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of changes.
